lay claim to planet.
produce: mining facility(350 credits into bank)(now owned by Systems alliance)
light ground vehicle yard(1200 credits into bank)

this planet is essentially independent. any faction can build/land here, however there is to be no violence committed here, including the Jedi Civil War. if there is, your faction will not be allowed to land on wayland and if you or a member of your faction does, that person will be bountied. only exceptions: if you are independent and you commit a crime, other independents will still be able to land. and if you are already en route here when a member of your faction commits a crime here(but if you commit a crime after landing, same rules apply)
